01 — Where it grows
Grown at altitude.
Cured by the season.
The orchards we work are stitched into the slopes of the Pir Panjal and the Anantnag belt — cold winters, slow ripening, dense kernels. Nothing is rushed and nothing is irrigated into blandness. We don't grow it; we know exactly who does, and we put our name on the chain.
Named orchards. Every lot traces to a registered grove, not an anonymous aggregator.
Cold-cured, never kiln-rushed. Moisture pulled the slow way to protect oil content.
Fair at the gate. Growers see the buyer's grade and the buyer's price.

Slow-cured
Shade-dried over days, not blasted in hours. Moisture eases out so the oils stay rich and the kernel keeps its snap — the difference you taste a year later.
Graded & sorted
Hand-sorted, sieve-graded, calibre-checked. Each lot gets a grade card: size band, moisture %, defect count and grove of origin. What you bid on is what arrives.
Brokered & shipped
We match the lot to the buyer, settle a fair price in the open, vacuum-pack to spec and move it — cold-chain where it counts, papers clean, tracked door to door.
