Chinar & Co.
Kashmir valley

Our growers

We don't grow it. We know exactly who does.

Chinar & Co. is a trading house, not a farm. We sit between the valley's high-altitude orchards and the buyers who deserve them — and our only job is to keep that chain honest, traceable and fair at both ends.

The grower charter

Four promises we don't bend

  1. 01

    Named at the gate

Every lot is logged to a registered grove. No blending into an anonymous sack.

  2. 02

    The buyer’s price, shown

Growers see the grade and the price the buyer pays. The broker fee is flat and visible.

  3. 03

    Paid on dispatch

No ninety-day waits. Families are paid when the lot leaves, not when it sells.

  4. 04

    Slow over fast

We pay for cold, slow curing — never a kiln rush to hit a shipping date.
